Work Well Enterprises is based in Mohali (Punjab) adjoining Chandigarh and is in business of manufacturing VAYUWELL brand tubular fine bubble diffusers. We can also provide custom-made 63 mm dia diffusers in terms of length, support pipe and slit size. In case of circular tanks also we can design the grid and diffusers to give uniform aeration in the entire tank. Vayuwell diffusers are tested regularly to ensure that only quality product reaches the customer.
Diffusers, where ever required are the heart of any Sewage/Effluent Treatment plant. There are number of types of diffusers depending upon the size, shape, bubble size, material of construction etc. For the efficient running of treatment plant it is very important to select the proper diffusers.

General Information

It is very important to choose a proper diffuser for efficient running and economical capital investment of the treatment Plant. EPDM membrane based diffusers are suitable for municipal waste/ domestic sewage. Silicone membrane diffusers are suitable where the temperature is high or industrial waste having lot of chemicals.

Technical Information

It is very important to choose between HIGH EFFICIENCY DIFFUSERS (HED) & HIGH CAPACITY DIFFUSERS (HCD). In HED slit size becomes small, which means small bubble size ( more oxygen transfer), low diffusers capacity(less amount of air per diffuser), more head loss ( higher energy requirement) & more number of diffusers i.e. higher initial cost but smaller foot print and lesser running cost. In HCD Slit size becomes large, Bubble size increases, low head loss & lesser number of diffusers.
